Accounts Payable Assistant Analyst

As a member of the P2P Team within GFO, you’ll play a key role in the delivery of both the operational and strategic objectives of the department.

What you’ll do:

• Providing support for internal and external audit
• Supporting resolution of aged items on the Creditors Ledger including debit balances and blocked transactions
• Ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on reporting calendars
• Collating evidence in support of the control framework
• Supporting the delivery of relevant, timely and accurate P2P reporting which informs and directs business decisions including but not limited to AP Cash Forecasting process, EPR analysis and any identified performance metrics
• Collaborating with Accenture on an accurate and timely PPPR submission in line with statutory requirements
• Administering the Contract Workspace process ensuring new contracts are compliant with Procurement policy

What you’ll bring:

• Previous financial experience with a strong understanding of the Accounts Payable process and the related control framework including CSAP
• Proficient in MS Office (strong Excel skills)
• Good problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SAP and/or Ariba
