Accounts Payable Team Lead - FTC (12 month)

As a member of the P2P Team within Finance Delivery, you’ll be a key part of P2P Finance Delivery Team, working with the team to deliver both the operational and strategic objectives of the department.

What you’ll do:

• Leading a team, providing day to day operational leadership maintaining world class performance on key metrics for your processes
• Resolution of escalations and provision of root cause analysis and associated action plans
• Be responsible for the Company Travel & Expense process.
• Undertaking VIM approvals for the UK&I Content Invoices
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in ad hoc activities in line with business requirements.

What you’ll bring:

• An experienced Accounts Payable Team Lead/Manager
• Experience managing Travel & Expenses card programme, preferably with Concur.
• Strong Communication skills and extensive Stakeholder Management experience.
• Ability to trouble shoot and provide root cause analysis and associated recommendations.
• Proficient in MS Office (strong Excel skills)
