Accounts Receivable Assistant - Italian Speaking (12 Month FTC)

What you’ll do:

Along with the rest of the team, you will participate in pre- and post-billing checks to ensure that the billing process is completed on time, in accordance with agreements and customer requirements. Additionally, you will be involved in channel reconciliation and the production of reports.

What you’ll bring: 

• Attention to detail and proactivity in dealing with both internal and external customers.

• Strong communication skills.

• Good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel.

Team overview:

The Italian ADV billing team consists of 10 team members and 2 team leaders and is responsible for advertising billing in Italy, with both weekly and monthly billing cycles. After the billing is completed, the team performs post-billing checks and controls. The team works closely with the Presentation, Gestione Ordini, and Media Sales teams in Italy.
