Unlock the potential of managers and leaders across Sky through designing and delivering inclusive learning and development programs and plans that build the capability of Sky’s managers and leaders in support of business in the Agile framework.
What You'll Do:
- Work closely with the Agile coaches and the Lean Agile Centre of Excellence to ensure that learning is aligned to the Agile practices and Sky Leader model.
- Identify gaps in existing learning content on agile behaviour practices and implement interventions to address these gaps.
- Plan, execute, evaluate and analyse training initiatives to develop managers and leaders, with the Agile framework.
- Improvement in leadership culture indicators through culture surveys and focus groups.
- Collect data on leaders’ attitudes, knowledge, and readiness for the Agile transition before and after the intervention.
- Observe leaders in action during Agile rituals (e.g., stand-ups, retrospectives) to see if Agile leadership behaviours are being practiced.
- Use the employee engagement scores to track any changes in overall employee engagement, which can be impacted by leadership behaviours and culture change.
- Provide coaching and feedback on leadership related topics working with leaders both in a 1:1s and facilitated workshops to identify leadership, coaching and management skills development opportunities.
What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience of working in Agile,
- Proven track record of facilitation skills (virtual and in person),
- Proven track record of coaching,
- Previous experience in team coaching and leadership culture.
