What you'll do:

In the Sales Strategy & Operational Change team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic programs.

· Assist the Sales Strategy in identifying & implementing initiatives to enhance customer experience and drive business performance.

· Provide evidence and context for developing strategic initiatives and decisions, identifying optimal actions.

· Take a lead role in running and managing Proof of Concepts, pilots, and trials, whilst ensuring seamless execution and successful outcomes

· Analyse and showcase benchmarks for Sales Strategy, presenting opportunities for improved business decisions.

· Conduct detailed analyses of the impact of strategic initiatives on People, Customer, and Business performance.

· Collaborate with stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers to identify relevant data points and align priorities.

· Foster a collaborative atmosphere as a key team member, bringing teams from across the business together.

· Conduct thorough research to explore and define the "art of the possible" within the Sales & External that contribute valuable insights to problem-solving initiatives.
