What you'll do:
Provide L2 support for Amdocs OCS application
Work closely with Sky OCS Design and Delivery, 3rd party vendor (Amdocs) and other departments across Sky
Incident and Problem management (Spark) of OCS issues
Suggest improvements. Co-operate to develop, coordinate & see them through to deployment
Generate ideas with the team and participate in improvement of standards
Document all operational processes and estate details within the internal WIKI (Confluence).
What you'll bring
Computer science related honours degree or equivalent qualification or relevant experience
Extensive and demonstrable experience of mobile telephony product catalogue, accounts and billing systems
Worked in or with agile development teams
Understand the business and systems of the other teams involved in providing the Sky Mobile service.
Knowledge of SQL / unix
Strong analytical skills
Be organised and focused around the project delivery lifecycle.

Team overview
Network to Business Integration (N2BI) owns and manages systems and infrastructure supporting Sky’s mobile and fixed telephony, broadband and IP core networks. N2BI act as an intermediary service function for all broadband and telephony fulfilment, assurance, rating and billing for other departments within Sky.
N2BI works closely with other departments across Sky to provide voice applications to support Sky’s fixed and mobile telephony businesses including billing, fraud management and regulatory compliance. This includes drawing up business cases for new proposals and defining their benefits, overall programme management for designated projects and liaison with other areas of IT, networks, voice engineering and the Operations centres to ensure effective delivery.
Responsibility also includes aspects of the architecture, service design and management of the Online Charging System and other aspects for the Policy Control & Charging Architecture (PCCA) used by the Sky Mobile service.
