As an Associate Technical Account Manager, you’ll support the delivery and optimization of SkyShowtime’s streaming service across European markets, helping ensure seamless, high-quality experiences for million of viewers. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage technical initiatives, and contribute to global efforts across NBCUniversal and Sky.  

What you'll do 

  • Support delivery and optimization of SkyShowtime’s streaming platform across Europe markets, aligned with commercial goals and partner commitments 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Commercial to manage and track technical initiatives. 

  • Act as a technical liaison between SkyShowtime and internal Sky and NBCUniversal teams, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions. 

  • Assist in onboarding new partners and occasionally vendors, ensuring technical requirements are met and integrations are successful. 

  • Track project progress and maintain documentation using tools like Airtable, SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, and Smartsheet. 

  • Participate in partner-related production incidents, supporting resolution tracking and ensuring clear communication across internal and external teams. 

  • Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing to support scalability and operational excellence. 

  • While primarily focused on SkyShowtime, you may also support select Peacock partner initiatives, contributing to broader global streaming efforts. 

What you'll bring

  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced settings and create clarity amidst uncertainty  

  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with hands-on experience using at least one project or task management tool such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, or Airtable 

  • Ability to prepare and deliver status or progress reports to internal stakeholders, summarizing milestones, blockers, and next steps.  

  • Familiarity with technology and operations workflows for digital media or streaming platforms, with an eagerness to build end-to-end understanding over time.  

  • Experience supporting projects involving third-party vendors, including gathering requirements, tracking deliverables, or coordinating updates.  

  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in distributed teams or across multiple time zones.  

  • Experienced communicator with strong writing skills, able to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.  

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a demonstrated willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and processes.

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
