As an Assurance Analyst at Sky, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our processes. You'll be an essential part of our Billing Assurance team, responsible for analysing data, identifying discrepancies, and collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to resolve issues. Your contributions will directly impact the business.

What you’ll do:

• Analyse processes and data to ensure accuracy and compliance with contracts and agreements.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies and inconsistencies with assurance processes and controls.
• Manage your workload effectively, balancing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with senior and 3rd party stakeholders.
• Contribute positively to team dynamics and offer innovative solutions to improve reconciliation processes.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support activities and workstreams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to think outside the box.
• Experience of working in a Change or Financial role is desirable.
