AV Media Assistant - 12 Month FTC

An assistant will work with the Sales Executive on the account to help with day to day running of the account including actioning requests and replying to agencies along with the internal admin, they will report into the sales manager and help the executive in supporting the manager.

What you will do:

• Assist with the accurate and timely set-up, monitoring and delivery of TV & VoD campaigns across Sky’s portfolio of channels in the Irish market to deliver agreed deals.

• Develop and build relationships with departments internally across both Ireland and the UK and externally across key agency contacts.

• Work to both short / long-term deadlines to offer solutions to requests quickly and efficiently.

• Gain knowledge of Sky Media’s total AV sales offering and upsell premium sports and entertainment to external clients when appropriate.

• Gain an understanding of systems specific to the media industry and Sky Media 

• Gain awareness and knowledge of the media advertising market

Grand Canal Dock and Pearse train stations are both around 1.5km away, and we’re a short stroll from the buses of Baggot Street, Leeson Street and Waterloo Road. There’s plenty of parking for cyclists too.
