What you’ll do:
To assist with the set-up, monitoring and delivery of campaigns across Sky’s channels.
To develop relationships with departments internally and agency contacts externally
To respond to client requests quickly and efficiently
To gain knowledge of Sky’s total offering and upsell to external contacts when appropriate
To upsell premium content such as sport and Sky Entertainment to agencies
An understanding of systems specific to the industry and Sky Media
Gain insight into agency deals and deliver effectively
What you’ll bring:
High level of computer literacy, especially Outlook, Excel and Word
Numerate with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication, excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable working with people at all levels in the organisation.
Well organised with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines in often changing surroundings.
Diplomacy and confidence
Experience in sales or media would be beneficial
Team overview:
An assistant will work with the Sales Executive on the account to help with day to day running of the account including actioning requests and replying to agencies along with the internal admin, they will report into the sales manager and help the executive in supporting the manager.
