Billing Operations is a multifaceted department where not only do we look after the billing and collection of c£9Bn from our UK & ROI subscribers for every product you can imagine, we also manage customers telephony spend and data usage; broadband and mobile provisioning escalations; service communication volumes and budget; commissions paid to our business partners; and, answer all queries raised by our debt collection agencies.
What you'll do:
As a Team Leader within the Billing Operations provisioning teams, you will be responsible for the daily operational activities that ensure number porting issues for landline and mobile customers are resolved within SLA, these can occur when the customer is either joining or leaving Sky. You will ensure the customers emergency services & directory enquiries listings are correct following regulatory requirements. You will build relationships across the telecoms industry and work closely with technology ensuring incidents are effectively managed to resolution.
