As a Brand Executive, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping how Sky shows up in culture — especially on TikTok — working at the intersection of social, influencers, and paid media.
What you’ll do:
Partner with the appointed agency to create a trend‑led TikTok editorial calendar that places Sky in culture, telling the Sky story across @helloSky and influencer channels with a consistent weekly output.
Own Sky’s TikTok presence end‑to‑end, managing the profile, bio, handles and hashtags, while tracking and engaging with influencer and TikTok mentions to support the CGO strategy through innovative community interaction.
Stay ahead of TikTok, influencer, and platform trends, proactively identifying emerging opportunities and sharing regular updates to keep Sky culturally relevant.
Build strong relationships with social platforms, creators, and internal stakeholders, identifying key contacts to drive collaboration and deliver projects effectively.
Support delivery and performance by maintaining accurate trackers, reports, and data pulls, coordinating paid media plans with teams and agencies, and supporting influencer and supplier invoicing in line with finance processes.
What you’ll bring:
Strong knowledge of TikTok, including key features, formats, and user behaviour, with experience creating content for TikTok and/or other social channels.
A clear passion for trends and the cultural zeitgeist, with curiosity to continuously learn and upskill, including in Influencer Marketing, to support the wider team.
Confidence working with data, with the ability to analyse performance and produce regular reports and insights.
A collaborative mindset, keen to work cross‑functionally with different areas of the business to deliver shared goals.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self‑starting approach, with the ability to work independently.
