Billing ensures that Sky customers are billed accurately, fairly, and clearly for the products and services they enjoy, while ensuring Sky as a business collects revenue due from customers, minimising any financial losses. 

The processes for which we are responsible span capabilities including service provisioning, customer service communications management, billing, payment processing, through to managing customer debt and assuring that customers have access to the services which they signed up for and for which they are being billed.  Alongside all of this we also review and reconcile bills from third parties to ensure Sky is paying in alignment with our expectations. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Billing Delivery Change team, a team of business analysis professionals working within a world class billing department. The team is the voice of Billing within Sky, representing each of the teams within the department, ensuring they are engaged in business changes which may impact them. We collaborate with all areas of the business on a diverse portfolio of projects to improve and ensure consistency of experience for our customers and colleagues, from a Billing perspective. 

What you will do:

• Own analysis approach and delivery for projects or value streams from a Billing perspective throughout the project lifecycle, including the requirements management process.

• Deliver quality analysis artefacts including business requirements, business processes, customer and advisor journeys.

• Work closely with stakeholders, building strong relationships, ensuring needs are fully understood and represented, and ensuring any changes are embedded successfully.

• Collaborate with cross-discipline delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business needs, championing the customer and driving changes that strive to enhance the customer experience.

• Be able to identify potential challenges or blockers up-front and to use your experience to support quick and pragmatic decision making.

• Actively support team development activities and initiatives to drive quality delivery.

What you'll bring:

• Proven business analysis experience and robust analysis toolkit, working across a variety of different sized projects, across the full project lifecycle, with the ability to juggle and manage a varied workload.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills bringing a creative approach to identifying solutions.

• Excellent stakeholder management and written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.

• Understanding of different methodologies (e.g. traditional waterfall and agile) and the ability to adapt to working with teams using different methodologies in project delivery.

• A strong track record of delivering results with the ability to plan and organise your workload to meet objectives
