As a Business Continuity and Governance Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the resilience and continuity of our organization's operations in the face of potential disruptions. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust business continuity and governance frameworks and plans to safeguard our business processes, systems, and assets. This role demands a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.

What you'll do:

Develop, implement and maintain a business continuity programme which ensures compliance with Sky’s policies, procedures and regulations.
Develop and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans and procedures to mitigate the impact of potential disruptions.
Conduct business impact analyses to identify critical processes, dependencies, and recovery objectives.
Coordinate with departmental leaders to ensure alignment of business continuity plans with Sky’s goals and objectives.
Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to assess and address gaps in governance and risk management practices.

What you'll bring:

You have excellent communication skills with the ability to interface at all levels; confident, capable and credible in front of senior partners.
You have an excellent understanding of business continuity and can demonstrate the value it adds.
Strong problem solver, able to analyse and understand issues, problems or challenges and develop solutions to them.
Strong stakeholder management, relationship building, influencing, facilitating, and presenting skills at every level of business.
Works iteratively, at a high tempo, delivering quickly and frequently to produce high quality documents and outputs which require little to no rework.
Is calm under pressure and can execute clear command & control measures in stressful situations.
