Business Sales Support Executive

This is a new role supporting the Midmarket Sales and Commercial Enablement team. This is an ideal entry-level role for someone looking to build a career in sales, enablement, commercial operations or B2B sales.  

The sales team includes 14 Sales Heads located across the UK. This new role will provide additional support to the team and our customers, helping us deliver our ambitious growth plans. 

What you’ll do:

You’ll help keep day-to-day sales activity moving, handling customer enquiries, preparing quotes and tender responses, coordinating with internal teams, and keeping customers informed at each step. You’ll also support enablement activity by helping maintain sales content, tools, training and communications. 

• Power the sales team by handling customer enquiries, preparing quotes, supporting bids, and guiding new customers through their Sky journey.  

• Keep deals moving by coordinating with internal teams to ensure orders are processed, delivered, and billed smoothly.  

• Enable sales success by supporting the rollout of sales enablement tools, initiatives, and training programmes.  

• Own sales content & tools by managing platforms, keeping materials accurate and easy to find, and spotting gaps or improvements.  

• Support onboarding & communications by equipping new starters, coordinating training, and sharing clear, timely updates with the field.  

• Track, report & support by producing simple insights, maintaining trackers, and providing essential admin support to the Sales Enablement team. 

What you’ll bring:

• Confident communicator who’s comfortable picking up the phone and communicating clearly in writing.  

• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.  

• Proactive and curious, keen to learn, ask questions, and support others.  

• Tech‑confident, with solid Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).  

• Salesforce and telecoms experience desirable, but not essential.  

• Team player with a can‑do attitude, able to meet deadlines and contribute positively to the team.

How you’ll work:

 We've adopted a hybrid working approach to give more flexibility on where and how we work. The hybrid working expectations for this role are 2 days in the office per week.

 Leeds Whitehall is home to our Digital Tech hub and Contact Centre teams. With vibrant office spaces, chill-out areas, a multi-faith room and restaurant, it’s a great place to work and connect. We’re located just a 10-minute walk from the train station and there’s a bus stop directly outside the office.
