As the Commercial Lead for Broadband Retention Strategy, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the commercial strategy for our Sky and NOW Broadband customer bases, including pricing & segmentation as well getting our customers onto our best products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Base Management, Propositions, Finance, Trading, Marketing, Digital and Direct, you will drive launching new initiatives, enhance business performance and seamlessly integrate insights into future strategic plans.
What you’ll do:
- Strategic Leadership: Chart the strategic course for Broadband Retention, defining pricing, messaging, and segmentation to revolutionize Sky’s approach to customer retention.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the quarterly planning process by developing comprehensive plans and forecasts for the next quarter. Consider macro-economic factors, competitor activities, media spend, and other relevant overlays.
- Go-to-Market Excellence: Introduce new propositions to the market with a customer-centric approach. Deliver on business cases, media and route-to-market strategies, and engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Performance Diagnosis: Collaborate with in-quarter Trading & Marketing teams to diagnose performance issues and identify opportunities as they arise. Propose and implement changes to enhance performance.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Gather and interpret Digital & Customer Insights to inform strategic direction. Implement new propositions and pricing strategies based on comprehensive analysis.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners in Trading, Base Management, Marketing, Finance, Propositions, Digital, and Direct teams. Engage proactively with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Team management: Lead and develop a dynamic team integral to the success of our Broadband strategy, ensuring they are inspired to challenge the status quo and take ownership

- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships and understand team and stakeholder priorities.

Base: Osterley:
