Commercial Operations Assistant
What you'll do:
- Provide administrative and operational assistance to the commercial operations team.
- Keeping track of inventory levels.
- Communicating with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any issues or delays that may arise. Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
- Continuously evaluating and suggesting improvements to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce errors in the commercial processes.
What you'll bring:
- Interpersonal skills – optimally communicating, building rapport. Comfortable working with people at all levels within Sky Media.
- Goal orientation – passionate about setting and exceeding personal, team and organisational goals
- Contribute to the efficiency of the sales process, customer happiness, and the overall success of the organization.

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers!
