We are looking for talented individuals with some previous experience, for what is a fantastic opportunity to gain and further develop their skills on our Customer Community Forum in our Platform Development Team.

You’ll work alongside a dedicated and experienced team responsible for the smooth & efficient deployment and operation of the Community platform.  This includes developing, deploying, optimising, and maintaining the structure, look and functionality whilst working with the vendors to drive enhancements and resolve issues.

What you'll do:

• Become familiar with the Community Platform & Sky Community forum.

• Developing, deploying, optimizing and maintaining the platform structure, look and functionality.

• Carry out functional testing.

• Build strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders including, Product Owner, Community Management Team, UX/UI teams.

What you'll bring:

• Foundational knowledge of

• HTML

• CSS

• Knowledge and experience of community forums

• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships to foster collaboration.

• An innate curiosity, with the determination to find answers to often complex challenges.

• Self-motivation and a proactive attitude, with the tendency to think out-of-the-box.

• An eagerness to learn & develop new skills and techniques, being adaptable to get up to speed quickly with new initiatives.

• Strong work ethic with ability to work both as part of a team and independently.

• An interest in Technology/Digital platforms.

• Basic JavaScript or React

• An interest in accessibility

• A basic understanding of UX/UI

Your Office Base:

Livingston Watermark House: 

Our lively campus is a free shuttle bus away from Livingston North train station and the town centre. Plus there’s onsite parking available for cars, motorbikes and bicycles.  

Osterley: 

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers. 

On campus, you’ll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed and even get pampered at our beauty salon.  

Leeds: 

Our spacious tech hub is under a mile away from Leeds train station. There’s plenty of parking in the surrounding streets and at the nearby CitiPark. 

You can also blow off steam over a game of pool or table tennis, and stay fit at our subsidised gym.
