You will oversee the organization, governance, and lifecycle of digital assets within Adobe Experience Manager Assets (AEM) and Content Hub. This role ensures assets are accurately tagged, compliant, and easily discoverable for efficient reuse. You will work closely with Sky Creative, Marketing, and IT teams to support scalable, user-friendly content workflows and self-service access to approved assets.

What you'll do:

  • Administer and govern Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets to ensure secure storage, access control, searchability, discovery and reuse of digital assets.
  • Develop, configure, and maintain metadata schemas, taxonomies, tagging standards, naming conventions and metadata profiles to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Manage the full asset lifecycle including ingestion, bulk uploads, migration, metadata mapping, processing, versioning, publishing and workflow configuration for review, approval and archiving.
  • Curate, quality-check, and publish approved, compliant assets ensuring enterprise-wide availability and adherence to governance standards.
  • Track and manage digital rights, licensing, usage restrictions, and expiry dates while identifying and resolving duplicate, outdated or non-compliant assets.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Product Owners, and Third Parties to support workflows, troubleshoot issues and deliver training, documentation and governance best practices.
  • Monitor system usage and performance, provide reporting and insights to stakeholders and support digital asset management ROI and content strategy decisions.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience operating and administrating an enterprise digital asset management system.
  • Advanced understanding of metadata standards, taxonomy and digital rights management.
  • Advanced understanding of the asset lifecycle, enrichment, versioning principles and digital asset management best practices.
  • Intermediate knowledge of design applications and their usage across Marketing, Advertising and Communication. (Adobe Creative Cloud, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, Frame IO)
  • Advanced understanding of standard file formats, codec, compression, and colour management.
  • Understanding how creative and design workflows are related to digital asset management.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft 365 applications.
