Based in Sky’s office in Osterley, the credit risk team are key to the commercial objectives of the company. We support customers by ensuring they aren’t taking on unsustainable debt, as well as protecting the bad debt position of the P&L’s we support. We are part of the mobile org, and are currently expanding our support into Glass, as well as other regions outside the UK. It’s an exciting time to be in Credit Risk with Sky!

What you’ll do:

  • Own Risk requirements for our roadmap initiatives, run daily, weekly and monthly reporting and insight.
  • Identify trends or performance areas that need deeper dives and focus.
  • Work with colleagues across the risk team to deliver deep dive analysis on emerging trends Identify areas for continuous business improvement (RTM Specific)
  • Work with the Manual Credit Referrals team to ensure they are aligned with credit risk goals and have what they need to succeed

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience of working with multiple, varied partners in Sales, Marketing, Commercial and Trading teams.
  • Brilliant at writing and delivering presentations, that take complex subject matter and make it easy to understand.
  • Ability to engage and drive cross-functional teams; lead both internal relationships and day to day operations
  • Resilient and able to adjust to changing objectives and communicate these positively to others. Curiosity: drive to conduct root cause analysis to understand trend drivers
  • A good understanding of analytical and statistical techniques Proficiency with relevant software: Tableau, MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Previous credit risk experience is desirable but not necessary
