CRM Executive - Sport

The Sports CRM Executive plays a key role in retaining members at NOW by getting them to watch more, buy more & stay longer.  The role will involve planning, creating and delivering Sports CRM communications, which are insight driven and customer focused.  You will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and be a positive and enthusiastic team player

What you'll do:

• Plan, deliver and send engaging and highly targeted CRM campaigns across multiple channels – including, email, push and in-app notifications – ensuring a consistent customer experience. Experience using Braze to execute comms is a bonus.

• Work with Content & Commercial teams to hero key Sports and promote the most relevant content to our members, to drive growth and engagement

• Collaborate with Copywriting and Design teams to ensure we are presenting best-in-class communications, understand new innovations and industry best practices to drive our KPIs.

• Use data and insight to drive continuous optimisation across communications, with a strong emphasis on measurement, test and learn, personalisation and automation.

• Represent the CRM Team across the business, by supporting and collaborating across key initiatives and projects.

• This role will have a strong sports focus, talking to members about our range of amazing Sky Sports content

What you'll bring:

• Marketing experience – previous experience delivering marketing campaigns. Preferable to have experience working in CRM

• Great communication – clear and confident communication skills both spoken and in writing

• Excellent organisation & attention to detail – diligent, methodical with a strong focus on accuracy. Excellent prioritisation and time management –ability to plan and execute multiple projects at the same time.

• Positive energy - a self starter with a willingness to learn and pitch in.

• Natural team player – great at working and supporting others.

• Focus on results -  great at numbers and interpreting result

• A love of sport – an interest and enthusiasm for a range of sport
