As Customer Comms Controller, you'll manage and execute communication strategies for Sky Ireland's product suite, with an eye for maximizing commercial performance. Your role includes the ownership of campaign set up & the execution of these campaigns via Adobe Campaign workflows. Regular updates on channel performances to senior leadership will be a key part of your role as our resident expert in Customer Comms.
What you’ll do:
•Responsible for clearly communicating performance of your team’s workstreams to the wider business including Director & C-level stakeholders.
•Work in collaboration with our commercial verticals, to support, manage & prioritise the delivery of a busy calendar of trading and engagement activities.
•Lead the ongoing development & analysis of campaign effectiveness, identifying & implementing opportunities to improve processes & overall commercial performance.
•Drive the omni-channel customer marketing strategy; You will need a deep understanding of the customer engagement platform to help the team optimise audience targeting and HTML development.
What you’ll bring:
•Extensive experience of using Adobe Campaign is a requirement, as well as experience training others in Adobe Campaign and an understanding of the importance of strict campaign set up processes.
• A leader with proven management experience; Presenting/communicating performance reports, project challenges & wider updates to senior stakeholders (including Director & C-level mgmt) in a clear & digestible fashion is essential.
•Expert understanding of customer marketing data structures and principles, with significant experience devising and optimising lifecycle programs and a consistent track record in data-based decision making.
•Leadership in CRM reporting, test design, and transforming complex data sets into compelling stories for senior stakeholders.
•Exceptional attention to detail, flair for troubleshooting, focus on QA, process optimisation and adhering to brand guidelines.
•Highly organised - able to prioritise your team’s workload and progress multiple ambitious projects simultaneously.
•Strong communicator with the ability to influence and persuade upwards and outwards – comfortable briefing Creatives, Analysts, Developers and Senior Management.
