This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Data Analyst to be part of a small team that plays a significant role in using data analysis to identify emerging themes and key trends across a breadth of topics in the Billing domain. Utilizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP), data analysis and visualization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the Billing community connect with and consume this data. 

What you’ll do: 

• Support infrastructure delivery and maintenance for creating data products and enabling rapid analysis to aid tactical and strategic decision-making. 

• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership through written reports, presentations, and data visualizations. 

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to facilitate easy access to information relevant to their interests. 

• Support project teams in the delivery of measures that clearly show if a change has had a positive or adverse impact. 

• Work with the broader department to pro-actively identify and support opportunities to improve and modernise internal reporting processes. 

• Actively support team development activities and initiatives that drive improvements across the Billing domain. 

What you’ll bring: 

• Experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of success in driving business results. 

• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large and complex datasets. 

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels of the organization. 

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar.
