What you'll do:

• Own the debt performance of Sky’s consumer products comprising Q, Broadband,  Telephony, Mobile, Glass and Stream for both the UK and Ireland.  
• Drive and provide guidance to a team of skilled analysts and product managers responsible for the debt performance of individual products within sky’s portfolio
• Represent the debt management area in conversations with senior stakeholders throughout the business.
• Collaborate with other senior managers within debt management, the billing department and the wider organisation to identify opportunities for improvement. 

What you'll bring:

• Comprehensive knowledge of billing and debt within Sky or an equivalent organisation.
• Proven track record as a senior analyst in the billing and debt world or a similar environment.
• Previous experience coaching analysts to maximise their performance 
• Excellent relationship management skills with experience of informing and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Pro-actively self-manage with a focus on quality of delivery within agreed timescales.
• If you don’t have the required billing and debt knowledge but do have both extensive senior analyst and managerial experience and feel you could be an asset to our team, we’d still love to hear from you.
