The Digital Merchandising team are responsible for the quality execution of all campaigns across Sky.com and My Sky App for our full product line, aligned to our Commercial and Marketing strategy, and you will be accountable for the long-range plans for your area(s), ensuring visibility and confidence of execution is instilled across the business, and your team are clear on their part of the plan.

What you'll do:

Accountable for driving digital revenue growth, working with marketing, commercial and go to market teams to ensure readiness for all major campaigns.
Accountable for driving digital merchandising best practices, developing the online retail calendar balancing customer and business needs to maximise online engagement and clickthrough rate – especially in key periods e.g. Black Friday, Christmas.
Accountable for leading and developing a high performing digital merchandising team, identifying development opportunities, and contributing to building a strong digital culture at Sky.
Lead transformation through strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, leading innovation and testing to position Sky as a top performing digital brand.

What you'll bring:

Strong merchandising and ecommerce skills, with experience on a D2C brand website.
Proven track record of managing major digital campaigns and strong people management.
Excellent prioritisation and communication skills, with experience working with agile, multi-disciplined teams in a commercial driven environment.
A passion for Sky content, products, and services.
