Reporting to the Digital Syndication and Partnerships Controller, this role will be focused on providing exceptional account management services to Sky’s media partners within the social, digital and podcast space.
You will work in close collaboration with multiple stakeholders from across the business including editorial, sales and ad operations to maximise value to both Sky and our partners.
You will play a key role in every stage of partner management, from revenue and performance modelling to negotiation and contracting, to onboarding and day to day communication. Troubleshooting challenges and identifying opportunities to expand scope of partnerships and deliver growth.
Furthermore, this role will entail working closely with senior leadership within Sky Media in the acquisition of new strategic partners that deliver on our growth plans.
What you’ll do:
Excellent account management of Sky’s strategic digital partners, managing day-to-day relationships, updating on channel performance channel performance, and maintaining operational delivery of their key partner metrics.
Use analytics dashboards, and insights teams to deliver monthly reporting.
Identify opportunities to grow scope of partnerships and deliver upon this through collaboration with key teams across Sky business, including Editorial, Sales, Operations, Product, and Insight
Working with social and audio platform partners to optimise partnerships based upon latest trends and insights, troubleshoot challenges and ensure you are an internal champion.
Work closely with editorial, sales teams and our audio partners in commercialising our podcast slate across Sports, News and Entertainment
In support partner acquisition, preparing and delivering first-rate pitches, including the creation of collateral and development of commercial models/business cases to create compelling partnership proposals.
Effectively manage the pipeline of partnership prospects, providing regular updates on progress and business forecasts, ensuring KPIs are met.
What you’ll bring:
Experience of account management with confidence delivering written and verbal client communications, using clear data insight.
Strong working knowledge of digital content and advertising landscape
Knowledge and understanding of digital advertising monetisation business models.
Experience with YouTube, Social video platforms and Google ad Manager would be an advantage.
Presentation skills and the ability to communicate well at all levels of business.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team and lead others through influence Knowledge.
