You’ll be part of the Digital Performance and Merchandising team where we use our deep understanding of performance across new and existing customers and multiple products to influence long term planning and strategy as well as immediate opportunities to influence performance today! This includes working closely with the Merchandising team as the primary influencer of real time performance to execute tactical initiatives and experiments to drive in week/in quarter performance. The Merchandising team also plan and deliver best in class campaigns across web and app to give customers and prospects an amazing welcome and drive them to action through immersive and engaging experiences.

• Have a solid understanding of the drivers' trading, including demand & conversion
• Support the Trading Team with weekly, monthly and ad-hoc trade reporting and insights to feedback on Divisional performance and identify opportunities
• Support the Digital Trading Lead in co-ordinating key trading opportunities and projects throughout the year
• Identify & drive opportunities - Drive improvements in digital sales in line with business targets, utilising data to generate insights and find opportunities. Focus on answering “what is happening, why & what should we do.”
• Results focused - Ensure opportunities and risks are identified and acted upon in a timely manner
• Foster collaboration - Work closely with the Commercial, Trading & Marketing to gain solid knowledge of our products and propositions and define plans to support seasonal product launches and consumer trends

• Solid working understanding of key digital trading performance indicators and how these are to be used when making decisions and recommendations
• Highly commercial with strong numerical and analytical skills
• A love for collaboration, credible communication style, ability to work effectively across a matrix organisation
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment to influence commercial decisions
• Self-starter attitude with a real passion for identifying trading opportunities and driving improved performance
• Experience and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
