What you'll do:

• Ideate, Design and implement transformational initiatives for improved customer journeys, utilising internal and external platforms, collaborating with multiple Technology and Digital Teams within Sky and externally.
• Continually looking up/out at new capabilities/ideas and how these could benefit sales.
• Utilise data, real-time monitoring, and intent detection to map customer journeys, design experiences, and conduct trend analysis, showcasing benefits to a broader audience.
• Conduct detailed analysis of Automation/Optimisation initiatives, assessing their impact on People, Customer, and Business performance
• Additional desired skills may also include code writing from Java scripting, Python and other code languages with a understanding of IBM systems
• Utilise systems for compiling, designing, and tracking changes within the business, seeking future developments to optimise the Digital platform
• Foster a collaborative working environment as a key team member, bringing together diverse teams from across the business.
• Manage stakeholder relationships from across the business, regular engaging with a variety of collaborators and users 
• Collaborate with the Sales Change team to deliver transformational driven automation initiatives for enhanced efficiencies for both voice and non-voice channels
