As an Editorial Planning Executive, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Sky shows up on TikTok and across influencer channels. You’ll turn cultural trends into compelling editorial plans, own Sky’s TikTok presence, and collaborate with creators, platforms and internal teams to deliver content that feels fresh, relevant and unmistakably Sky. From spotting emerging trends to driving smooth delivery across organic and paid activity, you’ll help keep one of the world’s leading entertainment brands firmly part of the conversation.
What you’ll do:
Shape and deliver a trend‑led TikTok and influencer content strategy, partnering with our agency to tell the Sky story through a consistent, culturally relevant weekly editorial calendar.
Own Sky’s TikTok presence, managing the profile, bio, hashtags and community engagement, while tracking and responding to influencer and platform mentions in smart, creative ways.
Stay ahead of the curve by identifying emerging TikTok and creator trends, sharing regular insights and recommendations to keep Sky’s approach fresh and innovative.
Build strong relationships with creators, social platforms and internal stakeholders, coordinating organic and paid activity to ensure assets, approvals and launches run smoothly.
Support performance and operations by maintaining trackers, reporting on results, pulling data as needed, and coordinating invoicing in line with Sky’s finance processes.
What you'll bring:
A solid understanding of TikTok, including how the platform works, what performs well and how audiences behave.
A genuine interest in trends and culture, with a natural instinct for what’s relevant right now.
Confidence working with data, including analysing performance and reporting on results.
Strong communication skills, with the confidence to work independently and take initiative.
A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working cross‑functionally with different teams.
Experience creating content for TikTok and/or other social platforms.
An openness to developing skills in influencer marketing, supporting the wider team as you grow.
