The Commercial Experimentation team helps shape the future of Sky’s digital sales journeys. We turn ideas into real customer tests, uncover what truly works, and help the business make confident, customer‑focused decisions.
We work closely with Product, Marketing, Commercial and Analytics teams to spot opportunities, test improvements, and scale the ideas that make a real difference for our customers and the business.
What you’ll do:
In this role, you’ll help bring new ideas to life and make sure the best ones have real impact. You will:
Work closely with product and commercial teams to uncover experiment opportunities and turn them into clear A/B test ideas.
Partner with analytics specialists to shape hypotheses, define success & guardrail metrics and understand results.
Run ideation sessions and build a prioritised pipeline of high‑value tests.
Share results back with stakeholders in a simple, engaging way - turning data into actionable insights.
Work with Finance and Commercial to quantify incremental value and help scale what works.
Champion a culture of learning through experimentation across your product area.
What you’ll bring:
Demonstrable experience running digital experimentation (A/B & associated methods of testing), from ideation to implementation
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and think critically
Confident working with data to uncover insights and inform decisions
Excellent communicator who can bring teams together and build alignment
Experienced in managing stakeholders across a variety of functions
Able to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment
Naturally curious, collaborative, and motivated to enhance customer experiences

Your office base:
Osterley:
Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
