The Field Sales Executive role is an opportunity to join a fun, fast paced and dynamic team that sell our product across the UK. We’re looking for people who are motivated to succeed, want to continue to grow our team, have a passion for working in a sales environment and can do all that with a smile on their face! This role is for the Glasgow, so to be considered for the role you must live local

What you’ll do:
•    You’ll be responsible for new business sales within a designated territory. Spending your time pursuing your own leads, building healthy pipeline and achieving a monthly sales target.
•    Provide a consultative approach with customers and match the best suited products to meet customer needs whilst driving high ARPU.
•    Be an industry expert that can objection handle and provide solutions to customer challenges.
•    Use data and our bespoke CRM system to ensure you optimally plan your time and research your customers.
•    Embrace diversity. Our field team, like our customers are diverse and unique individuals. We believe that we will flourish with an inclusive environment where we can share varied opinions.


What you’ll bring 
•    Self-motivation, field-based staff will have to plan and prioritise their time to be efficient.
•    3+ years of B2B experience selling connectivity into a mid-market sector.
•    Sales centric, with a passion for not just achieving but exceeding targets with a proven track record of winning new business.
•    Relentless about achieving sales results even in the face of obstacles and the challenges of an energetic, fast evolving business.
•    Demonstrate key negotiation skills, particularly objection handling.
•    Sky Business Brand Ambassador, living and breathing Sky Business values in every touch point.
•    Enjoy a fast-paced environment and like to be challenged.
•    Display the highest ethical standards of a sales function.
•    Remains positive under pressure and recovers from setbacks quickly.
