Finance Systems Governance Manager

Support the Head of Governance in driving contractual and procedural compliance with within Sky Media to build a culture of ethics and integrity. This is a newly created and pivotal team that sits across Finance, Operations and Sales.

What you’ll do:

• Work closely with multiple teams across the Sky Media business to enhance systems processes and controls for the end to end flow of revenues of Sky Media from deal creation (systems Ops), campaign booking (sales) and delivery (operations).

• Support the Head of Governance in undertaking a full review of processes and controls and work with all relevant departments to capture any areas that require simplification and additional transparency within the associated systems infrastructure.

• Support the Head of Governance to co-ordinate audit processes facilitating the provision of audit evidence to auditors.

• Where appropriate, own and operate certain controls providing an independent verification on the compliance of the wider Sky Media team.

• Work across departments to produce Sky Media system risk assessments for review and approval.

• Maintain a change register for systems infrastructure related controls and processes to enable effective process tracking.

• Be regular point of contact for the business as we navigate through new processes and manage change.

What you’ll bring:

• Analytical nature with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work in dynamic environment across multiple departments and at all levels

• Wide general technical systems knowledge

• Good understanding of data security risks and mitigation strategies.

• Effective communication skills

• Auditing experience

• CISA Certification

• ITIL Certification

• Understanding of the UK TV market and trading dynamics

• Systems experience of Landmark, Salesforce, Tableau
