Finance Transformation Manager - OTC

What you’ll do:
Lead key initiatives to optimise O2C and Cash Operations processes, driving efficiency, standardisation, and creating seamless finance experiences across the organisation.
Review O2C and Cash Operations process performance, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement and innovation to enhance the overall user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process transformation using project management best practices.
Facilitate the design and implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring smooth integration into business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
Lead process documentation efforts, including creating process maps and control frameworks to support operational enhancements.
What you’ll bring:
Ability to review process performance, identify root causes of issues, and drive solutions that bring measurable business benefits.
Excellent stakeholder management, with experience building relationships across departments and levels.
Proven experience in O2C and/or Cash Operations with a strong track record of delivering process improvements in complex environments.
Strong leadership and project management skills, guiding cross-functional teams through change initiatives from conception to completion.
Experience with process optimisation tools and methodologies, with a solid understanding of systems implementation or upgrades in financial or operational contexts.

Finance Delivery manages Sky’s critical back-office finance functions, ensuring efficient operations of key processes. As a valued business partner, Finance Delivery drives scalable solutions that support Sky’s growth and innovation. The Global Process Ownership (GPO) function transforms end-to-end services in Purchase to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and Account to Report (A2R), while overseeing key financial policies.
