The Future Talent Programme is a 12-month paid placement (fixed term contract) based at Sky Studios Elstree. Our aim is that the programme will boost your prospects, develop your contact base and give you a great starting knowledge of the industry that will help kick start your career in Film and TV. Our Talent Manager will support you through the programme with goal setting and development opportunities throughout the year.

As part of your application to the Programme, you’ll have an opportunity to state your preference for the following 3 roles and as we get to know you through your journey, we’ll assess your skills and experience aligned to each of them to make sure the successful candidates are placed into the roles most suited to them.
As a Studio Runner, you’ll provide daily support to studio teams, set up and clear client areas, offer administrative support, and perform on-production runner services. This role requires physical activity, including moving furniture and equipment.
The Operations/Client Services Runner role involves splitting time between two departments in 6mth placements, attending operational and production meetings, coordinating client areas, tracking client activity and billing, and preparing various reports. This role includes both desk-based and on-site activities.
As an Operations/Client Services Trainee, you'll assist in delivering excellent client experiences by providing administrative and scheduling support, updating client information, tracking activity and billing, and preparing reports and notifications. This position is mainly desk-based, focusing on administrative tasks.
