Group Reward Analyst

This Rewards Analyst position provides essential analytical, operational, and administrative support to the Reward team, with a strong focus on RSU administration, casework, and reporting. Reporting into the Senior Rewards Manager, the position helps ensure the smooth delivery of business‑as‑usual reward activities and contributes to the effective execution of key annual programmes.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver analytical support across RSU budget oversight, ERS coordination, and banding/pricing activities.
- Maintain and update salary ranges, complete ad hoc analysis, and support policy and process development.
- Manage core RSU administration tasks, including award file creation, Workday updates, and leaver processing.
- Support systems testing, initial communications drafting, exception tracking, manual statement coordination, and bonus‑related data checks.
- Assist the Senior Rewards Manager with analysis, drafting, and reporting for complex casework and programme delivery.
- Contribute to ASR cycle delivery through systems testing, data validation, award/vesting file preparation, exception tracking, and documentation to ensure accurate and timely programme execution.
What you’ll bring:
- Demonstrable specialist expertise in reward, with a track record of delivering high-quality analysis and operational support in a complex environment.
- Proven ability to coordinate specific processes (such as salary range maintenance or RSU administration) and contribute to small project workstreams or task groups.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in studying data, identifying trends, and sharing actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborative approach, supporting colleagues and working effectively with guidance from managers when needed.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and solve complex problems within their area of responsibility.
- Experience enabling others to deliver objectives through high-quality analysis and operational delivery, rather than managing a team or setting team priorities.
