As a member of the Sky UK Influencer Marketing Team, you’ll be responsible for supporting the digital team in executing influencer-led performance marketing campaigns across Sky social channels for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. All ad content will be co-created with influencers and will need to deliver against key KPIs including click-through-rate, cost-per-sale, plus more.

As Sky continues to build its innovation credentials, this will be a pivotal role in helping to drive awareness and consideration for the brand, which drives customers through the funnel by using influencers to bring the product benefits to life in a human and relatable way.

What you’ll do:

• Assist the team with the day-to-day running of influencer performance campaigns for static & video ads across IG, FB, TIKTOK, with a secondary focus on other channels eg Pinterest & YouTube
• Be responsible for writing easy to understand briefs that will enable a smooth content creation process for the influencer
• Be responsible for outreaching, negotiating, contracting and briefing influencers
• Be responsible for building relationship with influencers and influencer agencies
• Work with the influencer manager to identify and build an ambassador programme of macro/micro/UGC creators with a focus on performance/conversion led creative eg, drives click throughs, purchases etc
• Work with our digital team to compile a Monthly Performance Marketing report that showcases channel and performance updates
• Proactively identify emerging social and content trends that can be adapted to performance marketing ads to ensure Sky’s approach remains culturally relevant
• Help the wider team with the execution of influencer events and hosting influencer guests
• Support with admin duties where necessary including processing invoices

What you’ll bring:

• Must have a strong interest in the influencer marketing landscape and able to identify social trends/techniques and relevant talent that deliver engagement and advocacy.
• Must have experience in an influencer marketing role or similar and willingness to learn from and support the wider influencer marketing team
• Knowledge of social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok and Facebook (Snap and Twitch are a bonus)
• An interest in entertainment space eg, TV shows, TV products • Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritise responsibilities and tasks proactively
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
• Excellent and proactive communication skills
