A Scrum/Agile Business Analysis Intern will work with Senior Developers, Network Engineers, Network Data Scientists and Business stakeholders who will support you to improve your knowledge and skill sets. Here's a breakdown of their roles and responsibilities:
What you'll do
Support Network Data Scientists with agile processes and delivery.
Run ceremonies, and coordinate backlog and sprints with the support of product owner(s).
Maintain roadmaps, and coordinate roadmap implementation within the team.
Work directly with stakeholders to map, document, improve and automate business processes. Translate documented processes into automated workflows
Gather and analyze technical and non-technical information. Draw process maps. Discuss and refine requirements.
Facilitate brainstorming sessions.
What you'll bring
Good problem-solving skills and a keen analytical mindset.
Clear and candid written and verbal communication. Comfortable with stakeholder engagement.
Interested to quickly pick up and work on new technologies and tools. Keen to push forward the adoption of new technologies and automation.
Experience and/or knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies and the role of a Scrum Master.
Experience and/or knowledge of Business Analysis principles and frameworks: Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Process Management (BPM) technology, Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).
Experience with coding and/or scripting will be a plus.
