A Scrum/Agile Business Analysis Intern will work with Senior Developers, Network Engineers, Network Data Scientists and Business stakeholders who will support you to improve your knowledge and skill sets. Here's a breakdown of their roles and responsibilities: 

What you'll do 

• Support Network Data Scientists with agile processes and delivery.

• Run ceremonies, and coordinate backlog and sprints with the support of product owner(s).

• Maintain roadmaps, and coordinate roadmap implementation within the team.

• Work directly with stakeholders to map, document, improve and automate business processes. Translate documented processes into automated workflows

• Gather and analyze technical and non-technical information. Draw process maps. Discuss and refine requirements.

• Facilitate brainstorming sessions.

What you'll bring 

• Good problem-solving skills and a keen analytical mindset.

• Clear and candid written and verbal communication. Comfortable with stakeholder engagement.

• Interested to quickly pick up and work on new technologies and tools. Keen to push forward the adoption of new technologies and automation.

• Experience and/or knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies and the role of a Scrum Master.

• Experience and/or knowledge of Business Analysis principles and frameworks: Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Process Management (BPM) technology, Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).

• Experience with coding and/or scripting will be a plus.
