We're looking for a Junior Resource Manager to join Sky Creative and support the resourcing of our studio team. Our studio team manage projects and productions across the Sky portfolio and focus on the delivery of Press, OOH and DOOH for multiple markets.You'll forward plan, schedule and monitor the resource allocations & respective budgets whilst supporting the Creative Resource Manager in the day-to-day duties and admin of resourcing.Check out Sky Creative’s debut podcast "Inside Sky Creative". What you’ll do:

  • Allocation and workflow management across Sky's studio team.

  • Maintain team documents including resource schedule, project, budget and freelance trackers.

  • Budget management across retained and rechargeable projects.

  • Attend weekly status meetings with production.

  • Onboarding freelancers and being across the recruitment process from start to finish.

  • Approving timesheets and using Sky systems including Canopy and Beeline.

What you’ll bring:

  • Ideally one year of experience at an external or in house agency.

  • Attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Clear, strong communication skills.

  • The ability to work within a high-pressure environment.

  • Eagerness and willingness to learn with a passion for the work.

  • Ability to respond quickly and efficiently to multiple requests and frequent changes in resourcing schedules.

Our Osterley campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Chiswick Park, Gunnersbury, Acton Town and Ealing Broadway tube stations. There’s also plenty of parking, bike shelters and showers.
