This role is an exciting opportunity to join us and work within our Learning Delivery team, Learning@CSG (Customer Service Group), as a Learning Specialist.

You will have the important role of helping our people across CSG be at their best for our customers. You will develop your audience through a range of learning methodologies including, instructor lead training, coaching and facilitation across an array of learning activities.

The role includes the delivery of health and safety learning solutions at height, including working from ladders and roofs, as well as demonstrating manual handling procedures. Successful candidates must be able meet physical requirements to support this delivery.  – Learning Manager

What you'll do:

•            Delivery of Learning@CSG solutions to our frontline staff and Leaders across CSG, through structured formal learning in face to face and virtual settings

•            Delivery of practical safe systems of work at height

•            Self-motivated with a clear sense of direction, drive and ownership of personal development & upskill plan to ensure you are at the top of your game

•            Develop and maintain effective and rewarding relationships with our stakeholders

•            Maintain level of readiness for all delivery, ensuring you have a constant focus on continuous improvement, feeding observations and suggestions back into the learning cycle as appropriate

•            Create and maintain an effective and safe learning environment to support delegates, peers and visitors to our learning centres of excellence

•            Be a positive role model, representing the Sky brand, whilst helping to create a positive & professional learning culture

•            Advocate and maintain an atmosphere of inclusivity during all colleague interactions

•            Possible, occasional travel to training centres across the country

What you'll bring:

•            Relevant qualification or experience in operational learning delivery role

•            Clear knowledge of the full training life cycle

•            Understanding of best-in-class Customer Service practice & standards in a fast-paced environment across multiple customer facing channels

•            Excellent communication skills at all levels

•            Experience in delivering full competency learning and or coaching activities, that focus on building knowledge, skills & behaviours to meet operational requirements

•            Experience in the delivery of tactical/local team-based solutions

•            Can identify learning, development & coaching needs within an operational environment

•            Understanding of the importance of regulatory requirements, compliance and health and safety regulations that may affect and impact on our customers
