Marketing Campaign Lead

This role sits within our Commercial & Marketing function and plays a key part in driving new customer acquisition and sales growth across TV, Broadband and Mobile for the small‑to‑medium business segment.

The role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and eCommerce (SMB) and will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful, performance‑driven campaigns.

What you’ll do: 

• Support strategic quarterly planning & build forecasts of demand for marketing plans 

• Define how we invest our marketing budget to drive sales at an efficient CPA. Partner with our media agency to develop new approaches to improve cost efficiencies, driving growth & innovation 

• Own the post campaign analysis process to ensure the ongoing improvement in campaign efficiency   

• Build internal partnerships with key support functions (e.g. Brand, Marketing Operations teams, pricing and sales) to ensure alignment on strategy & successful delivery of campaigns 

• Support in weekly trading meeting preparation and evaluation of performance vs. plans   

• Strong creative eye to ensure our campaigns stand out & cut through when managing our creative briefs 

What you’ll bring: 

• Demonstrable experience operating at a Senior level, managing campaigns & trading performance within the telco sector 

• Experience of recent team & people management  

• The ability to think on your feet and be comfortable making decisions based on marketing and market experience in UK B2B telecoms  

• An innovative but pragmatic thinker that will think creatively and drive continuous improvement to deliver the best commercial outcomes for the business  

• Strong numeracy and commercial literacy. Ability to understand business cases and to size market opportunities as needed – backed by robust insight and data  

• Excellent communicator (both written and verbal) with ability to influence and confidently lead discussions at all levels from front line to senior management

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
