Marketing Performance Manager

The Brand & Marketing team develops and delivers exciting campaigns to drive brand and growth strategies, implementing a market leading creative and media strategy for Sky Ireland. This role is Dublin based in our offices in Burlington Plaza, Dublin 4 with some travel to Sky’s HQ in Osterley London required from time to time. 

What you'll do:

• Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels optimising campaigns for maximum performance and ROMI which align to commercial sales targets. 

• Set marketing targets, monitor KPIs, and identify interventions required when necessary to drive business results.

• Carry out reporting, surfacing up key performance metrics, insights and trends for key stakeholders. Draw meaningful insights & learnings from campaign data and identify potential opportunities for improvement

• Gather and interpret data & trends to drive informed decisions. 

• Help establish best practice for reporting and measurement using the latest tools & technology

• Drive overall marketing performance and measurement roadmap – understand what activity is driving results for Sky, sharing key insights and learnings across the business

• Support on econometrics projects for the marketing team to understand what drives sales and how best to allocate marketing investment

What you'll bring: 

• You are an expert in social, search and programmatic. You know how to deliver results in this space, understand how to use goal setting to use these channels to their full potential. You have a proven track-record managing large-scale, complex performance campaigns while reducing cost per results, whilst upholding quality standards.

• Experience managing large PPC budgets in-house or in agency roles.

• Detail-orientated: everything in biddable media is measurable so you insist on periodical and transparent measurement and evaluation for our key channels and share back savings

• Experience with cookies, pixels and website tagging and how these all can improve the relevance of ads on biddable platforms.

• Performance & effectiveness expert, you help teams uncover metrics, data points and insights that matter and that ladder up to business objectives.

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, web analytics platforms, DSPs, Social Platforms, dashboard solutions , and ideally ad operations knowledge. 

• Previous experience with analytics platforms (eg Google Analytics or Adobe) would be an advantage.

• You’ll be an analytical thinker, with excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills

Your office base:
Dublin
Our striking Ireland HQ has an A-list location on Burlington Road, walking distance from central Dublin. Grand Canal Dock and Pearse train stations are both around 1.5km away, and we’re a short stroll from the buses of Baggot Street, Leeson Street and Waterloo Road. There’s plenty of parking for cyclists too.
