The Marketing Strategy team plays a leading role in developing, iterating and evaluating Sky’s Consumer Go To Market strategies, working in close collaboration with teams across Consumer Group to drive sustainable growth for the business. 

What you’ll do: 

• Support the Strategic Planning team with the ownership and delivery of Sky’s Consumer GTM processes: Annual Planning, Quarterly Planning and the campaign planning process 

• Co-govern our £200m+ UK media Sync, working closely with Media, Marketing and Finance teams to track changes and ensure the business has an accurate and up to date view of spend 

• Work closely with Leads and Marketing teams to govern the campaign planning process, ensuring campaigns adhere to strategic principles and best practice timings  

• Support teams on creating quarterly plans, encouraging collaboration and focusing different business areas on the biggest priorities for Sky   

• Collate and distil a variety of Consumer, Business and Market insights to inform plans and evaluate performance with clear ‘So what’s for Sky  

• Support wider Marketing Strategy team across a range of strategic projects and short term deliverables  

What you’ll bring: 

• Experience in distilling a variety of business and consumer insights to develop clear strategic recommendations and opportunities  

• Fast learner able to develop business acumen by rapidly understanding market trends, internal processes, and strategic priorities   

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to quickly adapt to change  

• A positive, proactive approach with the ability to build collaborative working relationships at all levels 

• Organised approach and able to handle multiple concurrent priorities 

• Meticulous attention to detail when dealing with budgets and processes 

• Clear written and verbal presentation skills 

• Relentless curiosity about our business and customers, and how we can deliver our ‘Believe in Better’ ethos
