National Account Manager

What you’ll do:
• Have experience in Account Management and New Business Sales within a connectivity product sales role, with particular emphasis on Backhaul, WiFi, SD-WAN, Mobile and/or TV
• Be experienced in leading sales conversations within large brands (multi-site operators) and have an ability to form strategic relationships at the most senior level
• Be a senior member of the Hospitality Groups team; owning and growing accounts as well as being dedicated to securing new brands as Sky customers
• Build and implement a quarterly sales plan that delivers growth targets of both revenue and subscriptions, ensuring you have suitable activity linked to pipeline building clearly defined
• Work collaboratively with a broad section of internal stakeholders to support achieving our goals. Including marketing, legal, finance, product and sales enablement
• Seek continuous improvement and development of yourself and the team around you, offering support and innovative thinking to the Hospitality Groups team. Be able to demonstrate your ability to work well under pressure and adapt to change.
• Ideally have a strong knowledge of the hospitality industry in the UK
• Need to be flexible to travel. Whilst this is home/office based you may need to travel for customer meetings across the UK
What you’ll bring:
• A track record of overachievement of targets. This is a sales and growth orientated role where a natural hunger for overachievement is vital
• An ability to cope with change at pace. The Sky product roadmap is fast moving, constant progressive change is part of the culture of the business
• Exceptional presentation, relationship and analytics skills. Ensuring you can build a compelling proposition and sales narrative with prospects
• Experience managing a multi-product sales-cycle from initial conversation to project completion, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are delivered
• A lot of autonomy. You will be trustworthy and able to work independently towards your goals. You will work closely with the Groups function but be expected to manage your time and priorities appropriately to best achieve your goals

Our Osterley campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Chiswick Park, Gunnersbury, Acton Town and Ealing Broadway tube stations.
