What you'll do

• Be collaborative and inclusive while Co-ordinating and liaising with colleagues and facilities partners to ensure the building and its functions such as logistics and front of house activities operate well to support product operations.

• Be the first to innovate safety alongside your manager and other workplace colleagues to create a robust system that can adapt and flex with product requirements

• Be forward looking and relentless while addressing actions and supporting activities that move the transformation of the building forward to support the development of new products and ways of working.

• Be fair and responsible while conducting H&S and other building walkarounds to identify and report issues to your manager and other workplace partners

• Be creative and action orientated making Sky labs Brentwood a fantastic place to work by getting involved in planning and supporting events onsite to bring teams together to have fun, share knowledge, insight and learning that can drive development and innovation in our products and technology

• Be customer led and simplifying by getting to know the teams and their needs and being their voice along with your manager and workplace colleagues to drive change and workplace improvements

What you'll bring

• Good working knowledge of all Microsoft 360 applications, (PowerPoint, Office, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and excel)

• Great organisation skills enabling you to prioritise activities and requests from multiple mailboxes meeting timelines to ensure teams have what they need to keep delivering great work.

• Personable, friendly and collaborative nature who will thrive working with people to achieve shared organisational goals and maintain operational standards

• Unafraid to ask questions to further their understanding of products and processes with a thirst to learn new things and to be a part of and drive change whether that is changes to the building or changes to a process.

• Can do it attitude and hands on approach to supporting teams with a pioneering approach to problem solving

• Entry level or above knowledge on general health and safety for workplaces with some experience or awareness of risk assessment. Knowledge of construction or manufacturing safety desirable but not essential (IOSH managing safely, NEBOSH General cert desirable but not essential)

The Workplace Transformation Team are uniquely placed to be the bridge between different product teams and other Sky Functions to deliver great experiences for the teams we support. We do this through reinventing the workplace to give them the right space to keep innovating and creating. We drive change with objectivity but a deep knowledge of the needs for our teams to reshape, devise and innovate processes and practices to increase safety, efficiency and collaboration across all product functions. We are a bridge between many different functions and help communicate differences in approach and best practice, share and facilitate integration of new ways of working into different areas. The diverse group of teams we support each have their own specialism and focus.

Our Product Management team works closely with our design, delivery and business teams to create an unforgettable experience for our customers. From streaming products like NOW, to providing smart entertainment products like Sky Glass and Sky Go, and creating unforgettable Connected Living experiences, we’re the problem solvers who find smarter and simpler ways to connect customers to more of what they love.

Product Delivery

Want to deliver brilliant products and unmissable entertainment that grips millions of households? Our 1000 strong, Product Delivery team does everything from developing innovative AI technology to creating the best HDR viewing experience for TV products. From Sky Go to Sky Q & Sky Glass, we take our products to the next level and make them more agile and reliable with every release.

Global OTT Technology

Our team develops and supports market-leading video streaming services, underpinned by state-of-the-art engineering principles. We do this at huge scale: for over 50 million customers globally, spanning NBCUniversal Peacock in the US and Sky, NOW and SkyShowtime across Europe. No matter the device, the time or the place, we make sure that our diverse audiences can easily find and enjoy whatever they want to watch, choosing from the world’s best entertainment, news and sport.

Your office space

Brentwood

This is your primary office, and the location takes some beating: we’re practically in Brentwood station, which has regular trains to London Liverpool Street. If you find it easier to drive, there’s some onsite parking, while Chatham Way car park is a short walk away.

We have sister sites across the Sky estate and although you won’t need to work there regularly, we make the effort to meet our Product colleagues from these other sites to collaborate and experience each other’s working spaces taking inspiration and knowledge from those meetings.
