What you'll do:
Through our third party partners you’ll ensure we deliver brilliant services in a cost efficient way. For the defined product sets, you will:
- Responsible for monitoring the customer experience and operational performance of reverse logistics partner(s) in UK & Ireland.
- Understanding the numbers behind our operations, be able to use them to tell a story (the “what” and the “so what”), and come up with ideas to improve.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with the wider supply chain and customer services teams to identify opportunities and create a feedback loop to drive change.
- Responsible for ensuring customer returns are processed in the most cost efficient way, maximising value realised from the products and supporting a circular economy.
- Responsible for delivering the best customer experience for in and out of warranty repairs, and recovering costs from suppliers or customers as appropriate.
- Responsible for maximising the value of end of life and beyond economical repair items through recycling and running auctions.
- Responsible for invoice authorisation, PO management and delivery of efficiencies in the reverse logistics supply chain.
- Working collaboratively with members of the supply chain team who work across UK and Ireland (for example warehouse and transport teams).
- Supporting Sky Zero within reverse logistics, helping us measure our carbon footprint and drive changes to reduce it in line with our 2030 commitment.
What you'll bring:
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; able to analyse large volumes of data in Excel, and translate data into actionable plans.
- A natural self starter who can work autonomously, but collaborate with teams across the business.
- Able to demonstrate supplier relationship management skills, and / or proven ability to deliver stretching KPIs and objectives.
- Logical - able to understand complex processes but simplify them for communication to non-reverse logistics teams.
- Strong prioritisation and time management skills.
- Good communicator in verbal and written forms
- Experience of managing costs and budgets would be advantageous.
- Any prior experience in reverse logistics, electronics / telecommunications or fast-paced environments would be advantageous.
- demonstrable ability to analyse and summarise data is a pre-requisite which will be subject to test as part of the recruitment process.
