As a dynamic and results-driven Business Analyst you possess robust communication skills with a passion for problem solving. Your proven ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver impactful outputs, aligns seamlessly with the requirements of our business. With a keen eye for detail, innovative thinking, and a track record of contributing to collaborative working atmospheres, you are well-equipped to drive success in this exciting opportunity, leveraging your analytical prowess to influence strategic programs and deliver actionable insights which contributes to the growth of both our customer base and our business.  

Please note that this role will be a Band 4 position from November 2024.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate various stakeholders to gather information based on requests providing clear, concise updates on any work being carried out   
  • Trusted Data with a high emphasis on quality and accuracy, always looking to find ways to maintain a high level of accuracy and continually questioning whether data sets are correct or presented in the best possible way. 
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to always consider the impact of one KPI on another to present a well-rounded view of reporting and analysis. 
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders to ensure outputs continue to be fit for purpose. Be aware of reporting hierarchy and fit for purpose story telling 
  • Understand the importance of flexibility and delivery against tight timescales, continuously adapt to the needs of stakeholders by fully engaging, in ways which work for them. 
  • Complete BAU reporting on an ongoing basis with high adherence to SLA’s  
  • Perform regular maintenance and audit checking of reporting suite to ensure meeting customer requirements 
  • Prior experience in effectively utilizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud-based databases, especially in similar environments, is desirable. 
  • Experience in Microsoft software to an advanced level
