Paralegal - Employment

We are looking for a paralegal to join our Employment Legal Team based in Osterley This is a diverse role in which you will provide complete support on employment legal matters to Sky's UK&I workforce base of over 30,000 people. You'll be part of a small, collaborative team and you will support the team on varied work covering all areas of employment law.

What you'll do:

• Provide expert advice and guidance on employment law.
• Carry out employment tribunal work
• support to the team on other employment matters
• Provide support to HR on employment queries
• Support with training and legal updates

What you'll bring:

• Employment law experience within a highly regarded law firm or equivalent in-house
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure

Your office base:Osterley:

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
