This is a fantastic opportunity to join The Consumer Group as a PA with one of its exciting teams. You will need to thrive in a fast paced and demanding environment, possess strong attention to detail, bring a sense of fun and energy to the world of work, establish and maintain excellent working relationships at all levels, and be able to work autonomously as well as being a team player.

What you'll do:

• Proactive diary management – seamlessly organising and maintaining extremely busy and constantly changing diaries. Booking all meeting rooms, organising frequent video conferencing sessions between offices in all territories, including Comcast and other external companies.

• Providing professional and effective administrative support –hospitality orders, preparing agendas/materials, meeting and greeting visitors, onboarding new starters and processing expenses.

• Handle travel - arranging occasional domestic and international travel itineraries, flights, rail and taxis.

• Acting as a delegate to managers for Sky systems including Sky Life (Workday), Ariba and Spark for all administrative functions required (i.e. approvals and requests).

• Provide ad-hoc support for the leadership teams.

• Work collaboratively with other PA’s across Consumer Group. Flexing and adapting where required and supporting each other, whilst also providing admin cover as and when needed for colleague’s holiday.

What you'll bring:

• Confident, friendly, approachable manner with a flexible, can-do attitude, collaborating for success.

• Outstanding organisational skills, able to multi-task, have good time management and an eye for detail.

• Ability to work to tight time scales and enjoy understanding issues and problem solving.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy – using methodical approach to ensure all aspects of a task or project are anticipated and dealt with.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written); able to build effective relationships internally and externally.

• Pro-active team member with excellent interpersonal skills and capability to build rapport at all levels. Equally able to work independently.

Team Overview:

Consumer group is responsible for bringing together proposition, commercial and marketing teams across TV, Content, Broadband and Mobile. As well as home to Sky’s in-house advertising and creative agency and Customer Growth team. By joining Consumer you’ll be part of a team integral to Sky.
