This is an exciting opportunity to join the Content, Broadcast & Platforms team within Content, Technology & Innovation. CBP is an engineering organization that excels in software development, broadcast engineering, project management, and product management. With a diverse team of 650 professionals spread across the UK, Germany, Italy, and India, we are dedicated to delivering top-notch media experiences.  

As a PA you will need to thrive in a fast paced and demanding environment, possess strong attention to detail, establish and maintain excellent working relationships at all levels, and be able to work autonomously as well as being a team player. 

What you'll do

• Proactive Diary Management: Seamlessly organize and maintain extremely busy and constantly changing diaries. Book all meeting rooms and organize frequent video conferencing sessions between offices in all territories, including Comcast and other external companies 

• Meeting Support: Attend key meetings as required, produce agendas, decks, catering arrangements, and take notes when necessary. 

• Event Organization: Plan and execute events such as bi-yearly Leadership offsites (across all territories: DE/IT/UK), directorate offsites, Town Halls, department socials, and workshops. 

• Booking travel - arranging domestic and international travel itineraries, flights, rail and taxis. 

• Supporting recruitment and the onboarding of new hires when required. 

• Working collaboratively with other PA’s across CT&I. Flexing and adapting where required and supporting each other, whilst also providing admin cover as and when needed for colleagues’ holiday 

What you'll bring

• Confident, friendly, approachable manner with a flexible, can-do attitude, collaborating for success. 

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written); able to establish effective relationships internally and externally. 

• An ability to take responsibility for certain areas of work and be proactive with problem solving  

• Exceptional organisational skills, able to prioritize, have good time management and an eye for detail. 

• Good knowledge of and proficiency in using: Microsoft Office Package; Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel and database systems.
