This is a visible role working in collaboration with a broad spectrum of stakeholders, it would suit a curious individual who can balance people and customer needs.  You will have a good understanding of the ‘end to end’ planning process along with the ability to actively investigate data and provide insight, making recommendations and decisions to support business goals.

What you’ll do: 

  • Work collaboratively with the Retail Ops Leadership team on optimising resource deployment across the Retail estate, ensuring we have the right people at the right time for our customers 
  • Highlight periods of understaffing and communicate key drivers effectively to your stakeholders 
  • Analyse store performance, using data to highlight areas of improvement 
  • Provide guidance and support to the scheduling team, improving their skills, knowledge and effectiveness 
  • Continually look for ways to improve ways of working, simplifying and automating 
  • Work with stakeholders to inform decisions through analysis and scenario planning  

What you’ll bring: 

  • Knowledge of end-to-end planning & experience of working with a WFM system is desirable 
  • The ability to communicate effectively 
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated with the confidence to use their initiative 
  • Ability to plan and prioritise multiple tasks whilst working to tight deadlines 
  • Strong analytical skills, being able to use data to tell a story simply and effectively
